We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom (Mainland only)
- Selected International Destinations

International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations depending on courier availability. These locations are reviewed and updated regularly. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to check availability.

Please note:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or BFPO addresses.
- Deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 years or older.

2. Age Verification Requirement
Alcoholic beverages can only be sold and delivered to individuals aged 18 or older (International destinations may differ).
- Age verification checks may occur at checkout or upon delivery.
- The recipient may be required to present valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc.).
- If proof of age is not available or delivery is refused, the order will be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply.

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier's website.

While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- Public holidays (UK or international)
- High seasonal volumes (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)
- Customs inspections or delays (for international orders)
- Courier strikes or network disruptions
- Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable or age verification fails:
- The courier may leave a calling card, reattempt delivery, or return the parcel to us.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or missed delivery attempts, redelivery or restocking fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely. If there’s an issue:
- Damaged parcels: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product.
- Lost parcels: Contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
